Russia and Bolivia Discuss Issues of Investment Cooperation

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov and Bolivian Ambassador to Moscow Maria Luisa Ramos discussed prospects for investment and economic cooperation, said the Russian Foreign Ministry.

According to the diplomatic ministry, Ryabkov received Ramos at her request and they discussed the development of bilateral political dialogue and the course of traditional Russian-Bolivian relations, as reported by Sputnik.

The two countries also talked about Bolivia’s engagement with the BRICS group. Recall that in the summer, the government of the South American state officially announced its desire to join the bloc, which represents more than 20% of the world economy and 42% of the world’s population.
